Volcano Nozzles Plated Copper – for Volcano Hotend, 1.75mm

Designed to meet the demands of high temperature filaments and remain non-stick reducing clogs, the nickle plated nozzles will stay clean with no filament sticking. Copper is a better conductor of heat than steel of brass which means a more consistent and quicker flow of flament through the nozzles allowing you to increase speed of printing. So users have found that their ability to conduct heat is so good you can lower your hotend temperature by 10C.

Installation Notice: Even though plated with nickel these are copper nozzles and softer than brass. Do no over tighten the nozzle as you can easily strip the threads The hotend should be heated to 240c when installing and removing nozzles.
