Fix the falling bed problem the Creality 3D Ender 5 suffers from with this lead screw package. Just swap out the lead screw and nut with these on your Ender 5.
Then use settings:
Using the Ender 5 Control panel you scroll to Z-Steps and change the 400 there to 1600
If you have Octoprint or are connected through your computer, then go into Marlin and chang:
M92 to Z1600 and then M500 to save.
